PB & J Raw Home-Slice
That's right. Peanut butter and Jam.
Oooooh yeah [Insert sly eyebrow raising kinky emoji face here].
This can be vegan or not vegan, whatever your preference is fine.
But if your preference is not peanut butter, well then you can just go elsewhere.
None of this 'I don't like PB' thing. Or better yet, 'oooh I can't because I'm allergic' well you and your anaphylaxis nonsense has no place here.
I'm totally kidding. That's not even funny Bree.
Anaphylaxis is no laughing matter.
I promise you, if you seriously can not have PB (as that would be the only reason you won't have PB, as it is THE BEST THING EVER TO HIT MANKIND!) then that is OK.
Simply substitute the peanut better, oops I mean butter, with almond butter or more tahini - or omit all nuts all together. It will still be deeeeelish.
So whats the go?

PEANUT BUTTER LAYER
In a bowl, mix together until smooth:
- 1/2 C peanut butter
- 1/4 C coconut oil melted
- 1/4 C tahini
- 1.5 TBSP rice malt syrup/agave/honey (optional)
Mix together until well combined:
- 1 C mixed berries (warmed with 1/4C water)
- 1/2 C chia seeds
- 1/2 C coconut shreds
- 1 TBSP rice malt syrup/agave/honey (optional) OR 2 tsp stevia
Melt & mix together
- 1/2 C cocao powder
- 1/3 C coconut oil
- 1 tsp stevia (optional)
- Dash of water/almond milk
Simply follow each step in order and layer up a slice tray as you go.
You may even like to use cupcake moulds for generous portion control measures. HA!
Then throw your creation in the freezer for 2 hours or until set.
Take out 10 minutes before serving (if you have the will power...) .
